Awards won by our director are Industry Peer awards in recognition for services in advancing the the Building Inspection Industry and also recognition for work in Continuing Professional Development (C.P.D) in the Building Inspection Industry.

As a member of various Industry committees and Professional Associations, we are regularly contributing to resolving Industry problems and improving Building practice and Inspection standards. We comment on various building problems, standards and regulation changes for our Industry and Insurance companies.

We conduct a large range of Building Inspections in and around most of Melbourne and Inspect to the Building Regulations, Australian Standards, Tolerances and Guidelines and good Industry work practices where required.

Austhomes Building Inspections was formed after leaving as Councils Building Inspector in 1996 and quickly expanded after earning respect and work referrals from;
Building Surveyors, Building Inspectors, Conveyancers, Architects, Draftsman, Real Estate Agents, Various metropolitan Councils and of course our many satisfied customers.

We have inspected all types of buildings for Regulation compliance, defects, maintenance and problem solving issues. Some of these are;
